Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration releases simultaneously worldwide on 16 September 2026. For Malaysian collectors, the useful facts are confirmed; reliable single-card prices are not. The live set catalogue now contains 45 revealed cards; use it to identify exact printings, then use dated RM market snapshots only after cards begin trading.
What is confirmed
The Pokémon Company has confirmed that every card in the expansion is foil, including Basic Energy. The set introduces a new rarity, brings back selected classic cards, and gives each booster pack five foil cards plus one of 30 different Pikachu illustrations and one foil Basic Energy.
The launch range includes Elite Trainer Boxes, a Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box, a Binder Collection, a Poster Collection and several smaller collections. The standard Elite Trainer Box contains nine 30th Celebration packs; the Pokémon Center version contains eleven. Those extras matter when comparing cost per pack.

What is not confirmed by market data
A pre-order listing is not a completed sale, and an early single-card asking price is not a stable market value. We will not publish invented chase-card prices. The live 30th Celebration price hub is already connected to the price database and will show a dated Ringgit table only after valid snapshots arrive.
A buying plan in Ringgit
- Set separate budgets for sealed product and singles. Opening packs is entertainment; buying a specific card is a different decision.
- Calculate cost per pack. Remove the value you personally assign to promos, sleeves and binders before comparing boxes.
- Avoid treating launch-day scarcity as permanent. More supply and completed transactions can change a price quickly.
- Check the exact card and variant. A reprint and the original are separate markets even when the artwork is familiar.
- Use snapshot dates. A Ringgit number without a date cannot tell you whether it reflects pre-release hype or established trading.
When Stacked Binder will publish prices
The first-price report requires at least ten cards with valid market prices from a snapshot dated on or after release day. The one-week report requires same-variant prices at least seven days apart. If those gates are not met, publication waits and retries the next night.
