Community guidelines
Stacked Binder is for useful, welcoming collector posts and replies. These rules apply to every public identity and contribution.
How the community works
- One identity. You take part under a single public collector handle. No email or account data is ever shown.
- Reportable. Any member can privately flag a post or reply for review.
- Focused first. Replies are flat, so early posts stay readable end to end.
Be constructive
Discuss cards, prices, grading and collections without harassment, threats, hate speech or targeted abuse. Disagreement is fine; attacking another collector is not.
Keep claims honest
Clearly distinguish opinion from verified information. Don't fabricate sales, grades, prices or provenance, and don't impersonate another collector, moderator or Stacked Binder representative.
No spam, scams or unsafe trading
Don't flood the feed, post deceptive links, solicit account credentials or use the community to run a scam. Public posts are not an escrow, marketplace or guarantee of another member's identity.
Protect personal information
Don't publish private contact, payment, location or account information—your own or anyone else's. Public profiles deliberately contain only a handle, display name, generated avatar and join date.
Moderation and identity status
Members can privately report a post or reply. Administrators may hide or lock content and may suspend an identity that breaks these rules. Moderation actions are recorded in a private audit for accountability.
Deletion and former members
Deactivation hides the profile while preserving the member's handle. Account deletion removes the public identity and permanently retires its handle. Deleted posts with replies and deleted replies remain as neutral tombstones so a conversation still makes sense; their author identity and text are removed. Content left after account deletion may be shown under “Former member.”
