A useful Pokémon card collection tracker in Malaysia should answer three basic questions: which exact cards do I own, how many copies do I have, and what is their latest ungraded market value in Ringgit? You can do all three on Stacked Binder without starting a spreadsheet or converting every price from US dollars yourself.
The important word is exact. A Pikachu name alone is not enough. Set, collector number, language, rarity and foil pattern can separate a low-value card from a much more valuable printing. Track the correct version first; the RM total is only as reliable as the cards recorded inside it.
Start tracking a collection in three minutes
1. Find the exact card
Use the Pokémon card price checker, browse English and Japanese sets, or search from the home page. A precise search works best: try a Pokémon name with its collector number, such as Pikachu 073/071, or add the set code for a Japanese card.
Before adding it, compare the card image and confirm:
- the set name or printed set code;
- the full collector number, including its denominator;
- the language; and
- the rarity or pattern variant.

2. Add it to your collection
Tap the + button on a search result or set page. You can also open the card and select Add to My Collection. The first card starts a free collection in your browser; no account is required.
Open My Collection to see the card. When you own duplicates, use the quantity controls instead of adding a second version of the same card. Quantity changes both the card count and its contribution to the total value.
3. Read the MYR total correctly
Your collection shows its current value, total card count and number of unique cards. Prices refresh daily in MYR. Cards with a current market price contribute that price multiplied by their quantity; cards without a current price remain in the collection but cannot contribute to the displayed total yet.

Free browser collection or free account?
You can begin before deciding whether to create an account.

A browser collection is a quick way to test the tracker, but it depends on that browser's saved site data. It will not automatically appear in another browser or on another device. When you sign up, the existing browser collection and Want list are imported into your account so you can keep the work you already did.
An account is more useful when you want separate collections—for example, a main collection, a master-set project, and cards available for trade—or when the same collection needs to be available on your phone and computer.
What the collection value includes—and leaves out
Stacked Binder records the latest available market reference for the exact printing and converts it to MYR using the matching exchange-rate snapshot. That gives collectors a consistent benchmark, but it is not the same as a condition-adjusted valuation.
The displayed total does not automatically account for:
- whitening, scratches, dents, centring or other condition differences;
- a PSA, BGS or CGC grade and the premium—or discount—attached to it;
- what you originally paid, profit or loss;
- Malaysian postage, platform fees, shop margin or import charges; or
- an unusually high asking price that has not been supported by completed sales.

A simple collection-tracking routine
A tracker stays useful only when the contents match what you actually own. This routine avoids most valuation mistakes:
- Add cards when they arrive. Confirm the set, number, language and variant before tapping +.
- Update quantities immediately. If you sell, trade or open another copy, adjust the count while the change is fresh.
- Keep wanted cards separate. Put cards you do not own on the Want list, not in the collection.
- Move acquired cards with “Got it”. The Want list can add an acquired card to your collection and remove it from the wanted list.
- Review the total as a snapshot. Market prices and USD–MYR rates move, so today's total should not be treated as a permanent appraisal.
For signed-in collectors, naming separate collections by purpose can make the totals more meaningful. A trade collection should not be mixed into a personal collection if you want to know what you intend to keep.
Share a collection without giving anyone edit access
Sharing is off until you enable it. When you create a private-by-link share, the recipient can see the collection's cards, total card count and current RM total. The shared page is strictly view-only: only the owner can add, remove or change cards.
Anyone who receives the link may be able to forward it, so treat it like any private link. Disable sharing when you no longer want the page available. Avoid pairing a high-value collection link with personal details such as your home address or storage location.
A view-only link is useful when asking another collector to check whether you selected the right printings, showing a trade partner what is available, or sharing a set project without sending a long sequence of screenshots.
Common questions
Can the tracker scan a card with my camera?
Not currently. Find the card by name, collector number or set, then confirm the image before adding it. Searching the printed number is usually the fastest way to narrow duplicate names.
Can I record graded cards?
You can record the underlying card, but the displayed MYR figure remains an ungraded market reference. It does not automatically become a PSA 10, BGS 9.5 or other graded value.
Does it calculate my profit or loss?
No. The tracker follows current collection value and quantities; it does not currently record purchase cost or calculate profit and loss.
Are Japanese and English versions combined?
No. They are different printings with different market prices. Add the language and version you physically own.
Can someone edit my collection through a shared link?
No. Shared collection pages are view-only. The owner must be in their own collection to make changes.
How often does the value change?
Prices refresh daily when current market data is available, so the total can move after a market-price update or a change in the USD–MYR conversion rate.
